Morning Slow Flow Yoga
A heart-opening sequence to welcome the light within you. Create space in the chest, release tension in the shoulders and heart area, breathe deeply, allow yourself to be vulnerable – gently dissolving emotional blockages. Breathing techniques focus on the chest, including Kumbhaka (breath retention).

Meditation:
Guided heart meditation – for inner clarity, wisdom, and connection to your highest self. Cultivate compassion for yourself and all living beings.
