Culinary Excellence at the Highest Level
Culinary excellence holds a firm place in Lech Zürs am Arlberg. With three restaurants featured in the current MICHELIN Guide, the world-renowned gourmet village highlights its exceptional density of top-tier cuisine. A MICHELIN star is one of the most prestigious awards in gastronomy worldwide, symbolizing outstanding quality, creative artistry, and consistently high standards. In Lech Zürs, this commitment is deeply rooted and shapes the destination’s culinary identity at the highest level. The awarded restaurants stand as a testament to the diversity and excellence that define Lech Zürs as a leading culinary destination.
At the three restaurants of the Rote Wand Gourmet Hotel, indulgence can be experienced in all its facets. The Stube represents alpine cuisine at its finest and has been awarded the MICHELIN Green Star—a clear commitment to sustainability and responsible use of resources. The offering is complemented by an outstanding fondue experience.
