We are situated in the centre of Lech next to the slopes and runs - just vis a vis
the "Bergbahn - Oberlech".

Our rooms are comfortable and cosy and are equiped with bath or shower and WC, bath-robe, hair - dryer, telephone, Sat-TV, safe, w-less.

Our spa area with sauna, steam bath and relaxation room as well as the vitality corner with tea bar and fresh fruit is open daily in winter from 3.30pm to 7.30pm.
In summer we are happy to open the spa area on request.

Breakfast can be enjoyed by our guests from 07:30 to 10:00. Substantial and healthy. From fresh bread and pastries, crunchy muesli, hearty sausage and cheese specialties, yoghurt and fruit jams. Here you will find everything your heart desires.
In winter we serve small delicacies in the afternoon – homemade apple strudel, cakes or savoury snacks.

Here, skiers, freeriders, tourers and snowboarders get everything they need. We rent and sell the best and newest material that manufacturers bring to market.
You can also bring us your own equipment – for a comprehensive check-up and service: binding adjustment, sanding edges, waxing, etc.

Appartements Dr. Muxel

The house Dr. Muxel was built in a modern, alpine style.

The house is located in a quiet, elevated and sunny south-facing slope.

The well-equipped vacation apartments offer a fantastic panoramic view over the village and the wonderful Lech mountain scenery.

The free ski bus stops a few steps from the house on the main road and takes you in regular, short intervals to the center of Lech and to each lift station.

On foot it is about 10 minutes walk to the village center. It is only a few steps to the beautiful winter hiking trail "Flühenweg", which leads to the district of Stubenbach as well as to the center of Lech up to the church - as well as to the new long-distance hiking trail "Lechweg",- which leads you from Lech to Füssen through the alpine region and the last wild landscapes of Europe.

A sports and wellness park (with climbing wall and tennis courts) is about 5 minutes walk from our house.

Also the little guests should feel comfortable with us: Cribs, child seats and sleds are provided.
