A light, consciously breathing flow that connects you with the element of air. The focus is on Prana – the life energy flowing through the breath. Asanas enhance body awareness, lightness, and openness through hands and feet. The practice strengthens your consciousness of giving and receiving in harmony with nature.

A guided journey beyond the physical body – toward expansiveness, lightness, and inner space. Return with a sense of new possibilities and visionary openness.
