The further development of the snowmaking facilities is one of the major challenges for the Lech Bergbahnen ski area and its partners. In the planning process, future demand for artificial snow, energy efficiency, environmental and landscape protection, as well as sustainability, must be taken into account. Klaus Nußbaumer, CEO of Lech Bergbahnen AG, reports on planning and projects to ensure snow supply in harmony with nature.
