Lorraine Huber has been part of the international freeride scene for many years. Growing up in Lech am Arlberg, the passionate skier went off-piste in her early years. At the age of 23, the ski instructor’s daughter completed her state-certified ski guide training. In 2008 Lorraine decided to dedicate herself entirely to her passion and to freeriding. By winning the Freeride World Qualifier series in 2013, Lorraine gained a fixed starting place on the Freeride World Tour. In winter 2013/14 Lorraine Huber achieved the vice world champion title at the FWT. The following two winters were unfortunately marked by injuries. But her great fighting spirit and her strong will did not stop her and she fought her way back into the Freeride-World Tour with commitment. With super results at the individual stops of the FWT, Lorraine Huber could crown herself this winter with the title of Freeride World Champion. We congratulate you very much!
