At the “Köstlicher Ring” (Delicious Ring), gourmets embark on a culinary tour of Lech, inspired by the legendary “Der Weiße Ring” ski race. Under the motto “Terroir meets plate,” four top establishments open their doors: The culinary journey begins at Hotel Der Berghof with Austrian white wines from the Clemens Strobl winery. 

At Hotel Arlberg, elegant Burgundy wines from Switzerland from the Donatsch winery follow, before the characterful Bordeaux wines from Château Doyac take center stage at the Romantik Hotel Die Krone von Lech. The finale takes place at the Hotel Gasthof Post with fine Moselle wines from the Wegeler winery. Each course is accompanied by a matching dish – moderated by wine expert Clemens Riedl, who guides guests through the origins, soils, and aromas with a keen sense of taste.
