Women`s Progression Days Freeride Camp

Together with Lorraine Huber and the guide team of the Women’s Progression Days, you will spend three or four intensive days in the freeride terrain of the Arlberg. The goal of the camp is to precisely develop your technical and mental skills in off-piste terrain, strengthen your decision-making confidence, and open up a motivating network of like-minded women.

The focus is on improving your riding technique in open terrain, developing clear and efficient line choices, sharpening your awareness of risk and terrain, and building structured, practical avalanche competence. The program is complemented by short mental coaching impulses from Lorraine, helping you to move with greater focus, calmness, and confidence – and to take your skiing to the next level.

All content is taught directly on the mountain, where you can immediately put everything into practice. In addition, a compact evening theory session awaits you, during which we deepen selected topics and connect what you’ve learned with real-life application.

If you have never been part of an all-women group before, you may be surprised by how supportive and motivating this environment is – ideal for trying new things, building self-confidence, and skiing with joy.

Guests can look forward to a carefully curated selection of mature wines, perfectly cellared, accompanied by snacks such as bread, prosciutto, speck, and more. Trinkreif’s wine list is updated regularly – always surprising, always chosen with dedication. From time to time, winemakers are personally on site, enriching the Quartier with an inspiring program. Enjoy relaxed evenings, engaging conversations, and open bottles that bring people together – indoors or outdoors on the terrace. Open to new encounters, wine lovers, and everyone who enjoys sharing moments of pleasure.
