Backstube Lech stands for innovative craftsmanship, lived values, and taking the time needed for quality you can truly taste. Golden-brown crusts, delicate crumb, baguettes, and pastry specialties: our dough is given everything it needs – rest, natural ingredients, love, and experience. Philosophy in every loaf: love, values, and time. You can taste it – right at the counter, in your breakfast basket, or on the go as you head out into your day in Lech.


Lech Roast – Freshly Roasted Coffee
Our freshly roasted coffee is the perfect companion – for the best possible start to your day. Our “Lech Roast” beans (four varieties, sustainably grown and freshly roasted in Lech) are also available to take home. Enjoy the finest coffee made from these beans at the SANDHOF Quartier, in the hotel, and in the apartments.


Bread and coffee enjoyment from morning through the afternoon
Open from 7:00 a.m. to 3:30 p.m.
From 3:00 p.m. onwards, the transition begins – the bakery gradually transforms into a vinotheque and wine bar.
