The Alte Goldene Berg is known for its fondue classics as well as its good Austrian menu. The fondue culture has a long tradition in Arlberg, and many guests come specifically for the delicious fondue specialties and the special atmosphere in the 600-year-old parlors that provide true Austrian coziness. The team is happy to recommend the perfect wine pairing from over 1000 top wines. Additionally, you can also rent the Alte Goldene Berg exclusively for special occasions such as weddings, corporate events, birthdays or other celebrations.
During winter, the large sun terrace is particularly popular during the day, where Austrian delicacies are served. The restaurant is located directly on the slope, making it the perfect stop for lunch or afternoon snacks.
The Sterntaler will entertain you in winter 2026/27 on the following dates from 3:00 p.m. to 5:00 p.m.* with live music during après-ski. The exact dates will be announced later.
Opening hours in winter: From December 10, 2026 to April 11, 2027; 11:30 a.m. to 9:30 p.m., kitchen: 11:30 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. and from 6:00 p.m. to 9:30 p.m.
