Pars, recently awarded its first Michelin star, is a place where art, craftsmanship, and creative cuisine merge into a sensual overall experience. Under the direction of Kristiane Kegelmann and chef Florian Sperlhofer, purist, multi-layered dishes are created using regional ingredients, fermentation techniques, and delicate nuances.

On February 9, Kristiane, Florian, and the pars team will bring their unique cuisine to the Rote Wand—an evening full of experimentation, artisanal precision, and intense sensory experiences.
