Fixed menus are history at the Edelweiss! Starting winter 2021 you can choose from a regularly changing à la carte menu. Having a craving for Austrian classics or maybe the catch of the day from the surrounding rivers and maybe a desire to try out one of the many specialities of our international kitchen team? Everything is up to you: what you want, how much you want, how often you want.

Chef Stefan Reichel ‘s signature is: down-to-earth, regional, with an individual sophisticated touch. Sometimes simple. Sometimes complex. Sometimes international like his team. Sometimes traditional like his Carinthian roots.
