The ideas and recipes come from the time of the Austrian Imperial courts and are prepared as faithfully as possible.
- The main courses in the Wirsthaus must be selected and ordered day in advance
- The dishes are served Family-Style at the table
- Evening dinner for house guests is offered as part of our gourmet half board
- The restaurant is open to á la carte guests
