Winemaker cinema & big bottle party with winemaker dinner

We are delighted that chef Jakob Strolz will be presenting a sophisticated five-course menu for the winemaker's dinner, which perfectly captures and highlights the characteristics of the wines from Magnum and Jeroboam.
What makes this special is that he creates his dishes to complement the wine and champagne, not the other way around. With great sensitivity and creativity, he composes each course to perfectly complement the character and aromas of the respective wine and champagne.

The 10th Winzerkino & Big Bottle Party presents outstanding wines in magnum and jeroboam bottles from the Holzapfel Prandtauerhof winery in the Wachau region, characterised by the steep terraces along the Danube. Billecart-Salmon from Champagne brings fine perlage and world-famous elegance to the glass. Tignanello – a legendary wine and a piece of Italian wine history with cult status. The exquisite line-up is rounded off by two fascinating voices from Burgenland: Heinz Velich, known for his characterful white wines from Lake Neusiedl, and Patrick Bayer, who delights with powerful Blaufränkisch and elegant cuvées.
