Our personally managed 4-star hotel is located quietly and sunny at Omesberg in Lech am Arlberg – right in nature and yet just a few minutes walking from the village center and the mountain lifts. In summer as in winter, our house is the ideal starting point for active days in the mountains.

A very warm welcome to Hotel Aurora - a personally managed, cozy 4-star hotel where alpine lifestyle, warm hospitality, and enjoyment come together.
The Aurora is located quietly and sunny at Omesberg, nestled in greenery, and yet only a few minutes walking from the village center and the mountain lifts. Hiking trails start right at the doorstep; in winter, slopes, Nordic tracks, and winter hiking paths are easily accessible.
Arrive and feel at home
The Aurora is a house with history and personality. Since 1959, it has been run with much love and family warmth. Today we combine traditional Vorarlberg hospitality with contemporary comfort.
Our 24 individually designed rooms are furnished with plenty of wood, warm fabrics, and cozy details. Choices include double rooms, comfort double rooms, and junior suites – some with balconies and views of the Lech mountain world. For families and friends, we also offer a spacious 85 m² vacation apartment and the charming Hüsle right next to the hotel.
Enjoyment included
Your vacation begins with a hearty breakfast buffet featuring quality products. In the afternoon, homemade cakes and sweet treats await you.
In the evening, our kitchen delights you with a 4- to 5-course menu with choices, complemented by a salad and appetizer buffet. Vegetarian dishes are also available.

After an active day in the mountains, our private spa invites you to relax. The facilities include:

Summer in Lech
In summer, the Aurora is the ideal starting point for hikes, mountain tours, and cycling tours. Many paths start right at the house. The Lech trail and many other hikes lead through the impressive mountain world around Lech-Zürs.
Whether a leisurely walk along the Lech, a scenic summit tour, a challenging high trail, or a pleasurable hike with a mountain hut stop – the possibilities are varied.
A bike storage room is available for cyclists and mountain bikers in summer.
Our hotel is a partner of the Golf Club Lech and our guests receive a 20% discount on the green fee.
The Lechcard is available upon request at our reception.
Winter in Lech
Lech am Arlberg is one of the most famous winter sports regions in the Alps. The Aurora offers the perfect starting point for skiing, snowboarding, cross-country skiing, winter hiking, and ski touring.
The mountain lifts and ski area are just a few minutes walking away. Ski passes can be conveniently purchased directly at our reception.
Dogs are welcome
Your four-legged friend is welcome here. Beautiful walking routes and hiking trails start directly at our hotel.
Parking spaces are available directly at the house as well as in the underground garage
