Aqua Yoga combines the invigorating freshness of water with the gentle, harmonious movements of yoga – a unique experience for body and mind.

The exercises take place in our indoor or outdoor pool and are performed in pleasantly tempered water (up to about 32 °C). This refreshing environment activates the circulation and simultaneously provides a light, free feeling of movement. The natural resistance of the water supports muscle strengthening while keeping the movements particularly joint-friendly.

Through the combination of conscious breathing and flowing exercises, a soothing balance between activation and relaxation is created. Tension can be relieved, mobility improved, and new energy built up.

Aqua Yoga is ideal for anyone who wants to move gently, refresh themselves, and simultaneously draw new strength – regardless of fitness level or experience.
