Lech Zürs is the only resort in Austriato offer packages for this exciting snow activity
Heli-skiing offers freeride aficionados a truly memorable experience. You can choose between two magnificent peaks: the "Mehlsack" summit is ideal for experienced skiers, while the "Schneetäli-Orgelscharte" is recommended for skiers with intermediate skills – and is particularly attractive in the spring on the hard-packed snow. Heli-skiing packages are for up to four people including the ski guide and can be booked directly through the ski schools in Lech and Zürs.To the ski schools
Mehlsackfor experienced skiers
"Mehlsack“ (Zuger Schafberg) – here is where the dreams of any deep powder skier and in the spring, Firn lovers, begins. The route towards the “Älpele” is generally the favorite downhill option. From the valley floor, it is a 20-minute walk along a prepared trail back to Zug (there is a bus connection back to Lech in Zug or you can take the Zug lift back to the ski area). The alternative route to the Spullersee with it’s many sunny slopes is especially popular in the spring for wonderful firn skiing.
Schneetal (Snow Valley) - OrgelscharteWonderful firn also in the spring
The landing area is below the Orgelscharte and the descent takes you in to the snow valley and ends in Zug. This descent is especially suitable in the spring for firn skiing and for intermediate skiers.

Since heli-skiing is reliant on many factors (snow condition, weather, ski guide availability, etc.), we cannot guarantee a flight for a certain date. For this reason, reservations can only be made on SHORT NOTICE.
The flights begin at the Kriegerhorn (above Lech) and at the Flexenpass (above Zürs). These locations were selected because they do not expose the surrounding towns to any noise pollution, which makes for a good relationship between the ski area and heli-skiing operations.
The flights are reserved through the ski schools and for safety reasons an experienced ski and mountain guide from the ski school must accompany you. Flying is only possible between Monday and Friday (not on weekends) and not on certain holidays.
We wish you a lot of fun going off piste.
