Valentin Morel chose viticulture after studying international law and found his own way in the Jura. Today, he cultivates 6 hectares with Chardonnay, Savagnin, Pinot Noir, Trousseau, and Poulsard, shaped by Jurassic soils and minimal intervention in the cellar.
On August 5, Valentin will bring his characterful, uncompromisingly honest wines to Rote Wand, while Jamie Unshelm prepares a multi-course menu to accompany them. An evening full of attitude, depth, and vibrant wine culture.
