Wine and Dine with Antoine Robles

Antoine Robles began his own project in 2024 in Jura, characterized by a clear approach: add nothing, correct nothing, only what nature and craftsmanship allow. On 3.8 hectares in the "Clos de Vallières," distinctive wines are being created from Pinot Noir, Chardonnay, Savagnin, Poulsard, and Trousseau.

 

On July 20, Antoine will personally serve his wines while Jamie Unshelm prepares a multi-course menu to accompany them. An evening full of lightness, depth, and genuine connection.
