Petra and Franz Weninger have stood for decades for biodynamic viticulture and characterful wines made from Blaufränkisch and Furmint. Grown on lively soils, their wines tell of origin, depth, and precision, shaped by clay, limestone, slate, and old vines.

On July 13, they will bring their wines to us at the Rote Wand, while Jamie Unshelm cooks a multi-course menu to accompany it.
