The Karl Haidle winery, the oldest private winery in the Rems Valley, can look back on 75 years of history. Certified organic for over 10 years and awarded Demeter certification in 2020, the winery cultivates around 20 hectares of vines biodynamically. They are particularly proud of their focus on Riesling and Lemberger, which are cultivated with great care and traditional craftsmanship.

On this evening, Moritz Heidle will delight us with a selection of his exciting wines, while Jamie Unshelm will conjure up an exclusive menu that perfectly complements the flavours of the wines.

Laurentius Night

On Laurentius Night, many shooting stars and other celestial bodies can often be clearly seen and assigned to the rhythm of the year. Lech Zürs am Arlberg gives special space to the spirit of discovery of the heavenly bodies and invites all those interested to experience this special night at the Rüfikopf mountain station. In this low-light environment there are no limits to the clear starry skies and with the support of Swarovski Optik you can view the individual planets and stars. Under the guidance of an experienced astronomer, you will learn to assign the individual formations and discover the mountain world at night in a completely new way.
