Away from the hustle and bustle

Oberlech am Arlberg

Somewhere without cars, traffic pollution and exhaust fumes? And in the largest connected ski area in Austria? Allow us to introduce you to Oberlech am Arlberg.

Only accessible by cable car, on skis or a snowboard, and at an altitude of 1750 m, the village is idyllically nestled in the Vorarlberg mountain world. It is also thanks to this mountain air that Oberlech glimmers in white from November to May. Despite guaranteed snow, the area is one of the sunniest in the Arlberg. Famed for its sun terraces, this is the perfect place to enjoy a relaxed lunch or a refreshing drink after time on the slopes.

From the hotel to the slopes

Step out of your hotel and travel on state-of-the-art lifts and cable cars straight to the perfectly groomed slopes of Ski Arlberg. This is where 305 kilometres of ski runs await skiers and snowboarders alike – and the most daring can test themselves and their skills in one of the fun parks.

Skyspace Lech

Even in summer, Oberlech offers a wide range of holiday activities. Mountain lovers can head for the high plateaus of the Tannberg mountains, the perfect starting point for impressive excursions or family-friendly hikes. And should it take your fancy, you can take in a completely new perspective of mountain and sky throughout the year at the newly opened Skyspace Lech.
