Offline Hikes - your half day of time out




Imagine this: For a few hours no phone, no constant noise – just nature, movement, and new thoughts. During our Offline Hikes, you will experience how good it feels to truly switch off. Offline Hikes are your invitation to completely disconnect for a few hours – without a smartphone, without distractions, right in nature. A Digital Detox Outdoor Workshop. Together with Christoph Matt from the Nature Design Laboratory, I, Linda Meixner from the Offline Institute, bring together mindfulness, creativity, and knowledge.
We will show you how nature and humans can connect in new ways:

  • Feel the deceleration
  • Experience exercises for mindfulness & creativity
  • Take inspiration for a healthier relationship with technology


In a small group (max. 20 people), an intense experience is created that provides clarity, awakens creativity, and allows you to feel again what really matters.
