Over the past two years, we have welcomed many talented chefs to our field kitchen. Now it's time to show what we can conjure up over an open fire.
Jamie Unshelm, head of the Rote Wand Culinary Lab, will prepare a unique menu over an open fire on 1 September with passion and skill. Enjoy the meal in the midst of nature, at a long table, surrounded by fresh air and a unique mountain panorama.
