Isabelle Pering, owner and chef at bellasLOKAL, has gained several years of experience in Michelin-starred restaurants and is now realising her own dream. Her cuisine combines the flavours of her homeland with a love of seasonality and high-quality products. On 2 September, she will create a unique menu together with Jamie Unshelm, head of the Rote Wand Culinary Lab. Two creative chefs combine their passion for good food and create a culinary experience that both inspires and delights.
