Back at the Rote Wand, the collected ingredients are transformed over the fire ring. Jamie Unshelm and Woodcuisine conjure up a creative menu over an open fire. Here, craftsmanship and sensuality come together – cooking becomes an art, cuisine an experience. Enjoy the evening with matching wines and take home new perspectives on nature and food.

Her cuisine combines the flavours of her homeland with a love of seasonality and high-quality products. On 2 September, she will create a unique menu together with Jamie Unshelm, head of the Rote Wand Culinary Lab. Two creative chefs combine their passion for good food and create a culinary experience that both inspires and delights.
