Opening Week Sandhof Wine Bar with Lucas Pichler and Tobias Knewitz

From 8 to 12 December, the new Sandhof Wine Bar in the heart of Lech is celebrating its opening week – in the spirit of casual fine wine. For five days, the bar will be the place to be for great wines, good conversation and a relaxed atmosphere. Every evening, two guest winemakers will serve their wines together with the bar team, talk about their origins and signature styles, and perhaps even open a rare bottle or two. Patron Martin Prodinger, host Johann Artner and the team from trinkreif bring character, provenance and vintage depth to the glass – for connoisseurs and explorers alike.

On Wednesday, we look forward to welcoming two winemakers who are redefining their origins in their own unique way. Tobias Knewitz represents the young, clear and cool line of Rheinhessen – Riesling and Chardonnay with razor-sharp minerality. Lucas & Johanna Pichler have further developed the world-famous Wachau winery F.X. Pichler: organically farmed, finely balanced, precise as clockwork. 

Come as you are – whether in ski boots or a suit, no reservation is necessary.
