Course: Body Training
Strong core for greater stability
The core plays a central role in every movement and is crucial for a healthy and upright posture. This training course stabilises the entire body, with a particular focus on strengthening the muscles of the abdomen, lower back, pelvis and hips. Complex movement sequences ensure that the muscles are not isolated, but are effectively trained as functional muscle loops. Please bring your own towel.
