During alpine bathing, we take time to walk, breathe and feel consciously. The fresh mountain air cleanses body and mind, and our breath becomes our anchor. Once at the top, we immerse ourselves in the special atmosphere of Skyspace – between heaven and earth. Guided breathing exercises and meditation allow us to become still, experience vastness and arrive fully in the moment.
