Dear guests,
we look forward to seeing you soon. Our small bed and breakfast offers 9 double rooms, 2 single rooms and 2 holiday apartments.

We offer our rooms with breakfast and daily cleaning - the exception is Tuesday during the winter season. On this day our chambermaids have their day off. Of course, you can always get fresh towels or toiletries at our reception on Tuesdays. We offer our holiday apartments without breakfast and without daily cleaning. An arrival and departure is therefore not possible on Tuesday. If there is fresh snow, you will unfortunately need snow chains or a four-wheel drive vehicle for our access road on the day of your departure. The road connection between Lech and Warth is often impassable in winter: "Winter closure"

Our guesthouse BIANCA is located in a quiet, central area, just a few minutes' walk to the lift and the town center (2-3 minutes).

With a personal and warm atmosphere in a family environment, our house offers relaxing vacation days in a wonderful mountain landscape.

Our rooms are equipped with cozy living comfort (bathroom, separate toilet, TV, free Wi-Fi, safe, seating area) and provide a comfortable atmosphere. All our guest areas are non-smoking.

We offer a tea buffet with cakes and soup with pastries every day from 4:00 PM to 6:00 PM during the winter season (December 3, 2025, to April 19, 2026). (This service is included in the price)

You can conveniently purchase your ski pass directly at our
reception.

Arrival:
Please note that the road between Lech and
Warth is closed in winter.
In winter, be prepared for snowy roads and the requirement for winter tires.

Ski schools:
Especially during peak season, availability for ski school slots is limited. Therefore, we kindly ask you to book ski schools in advance.

Restaurants:
Lech has a lot to offer culinarily, with specialties from near and far. During the peak season, seating in restaurants is particularly limited in the evenings. We recommend making restaurant reservations early.

For additional occupancy, 80% of the daily rate will be charged.

For enhancing your physical well-being, our guests have access to facilities such as a sauna, bio sauna, Turkish steam bath, infrared cabin, and relaxation room.

All prices are in EURO per person per night, including the applicable value-added tax; plus tourist tax of Euro 5,09 per person (from 14 years) per night. All information is subject to change – errors and modifications reserved.
