With the SHEF’S Edition, the Rote Wand focuses on female perspectives in international top gastronomy, serving as a natural stage for some of the most exciting women chefs of the present.
Two days are dedicated to product, attitude, and exchange, and to the diversity of culinary handwriting. A weekend that combines enjoyment and encounters: open, strong, and full of personality.
