Unfortunatley the „9th Lech Classic Festival“ had to be canceled due to government regulations and will be postponed to August 2021 with the same programme.
In the meantime regulations have been eased and we are happy to anounce that for this summer we have decided to organise a „Lech Classic Festival – Special Edition“.
The 5 gala concerts will be held from Wednesday 5th to Sunday, 9th August 2020 at 5 pm.
Due to safety and hygiene regulations Lech Classic Festival- Special Edition will take place at the sport.park.lech. The concerts will be played without breaks (approx. 90 minutes per concert)
The Opening Concert on 5th August will be a „musical introduction“ of the festival ensemble with highlights of „Tosca“ with Camilla Nylund, Piotr Beczala and many more.
Thursday, 6th is an evening full of „Ballades“ perfomed by Stefan Cerny (Bass) and KS Joseph Lorenz (Speaker).
Friday is dedicated to the „Viennese Classic“ with perfomences by Gottlieb Wallisch an Jasminka Stančul (both at the piano).
Saturdays theme is „Glück, das mir verblieb“ (Marietta’s aria from „Die Tote Stadt“) with Camilla Nylund.
Sunday, 09th is all about „Vincerò!“ with Piotr Beczala
