Mobility Card

Each Walser receives a blue mobility card in their welcome package. This card allows free use of the local bus service in Lech (excluding the Zugertal area).

Organizer Ticket

With the organizer ticket, you can use public transport throughout Vorarlberg free of charge. Use the organizer ticket for an environmentally friendly journey to the Walsertreffen. (Tickets can be generated via: https://www.vmobil.at/veranstaltertickets/22.-internationales-walsertreffen-2025)

Special Shuttles on Saturday Evening

Special shuttles will take you from the festival tent back to your hotel on Saturday evening. The shuttles serve all districts of Lech Zürs.

Lech Card

For the Walsertreffen (July 18–20, 2025), all Walsers can purchase the Lech Card at a special 30% discount. The Lech Card includes, among other things, the trip to Zugertal and the use of all mountain lifts in Lech Zürs.

Traffic regulations for the 22nd International Walser Meeting in Lech

Road closure

On the occasion of the 22nd International Walser Meeting in Lech, there will be a temporary traffic closure on the L 198, Lechtal Straße on Sunday, 20 July 2025. In order to ensure the safety of visitors during the parade, the road between the entrance to the Omesberg parcel (km 9.200) and the Schlosskopf car park (km 10.200) will be closed to all vehicle traffic from 10.15 am to 1.00 pm at the latest.

The traffic measure will be marked with appropriate traffic signs. Road users are requested to take the closure into account when travelling to and from the event.

Changed bus timetables - Walser Meeting parade, 20.07.2025

Due to the parade as part of the Walser Meeting, there will be traffic obstructions and road closures in the centre of Lech on the day of the event between approx. 10:15 am and 1:00 pm. This affects the following routes:

Regional buses

L110: Lech - Warth - Steeg - Reutte
-Scheduled at 11:09 from Schlosskopf leaves from the Landbrugg stop to Steeg
L750: Lech - Langen / Langen - Lech
- Departure in the direction of Langen at 11:23 at the OMV petrol station.
- Arrival from Langen at 11:02; get off at the Gotthard barrier
L760: Lech - St. Anton / St. Anton - Lech
- Departure from Lech at approx. 12:25 from Schlosskopf in the direction of St. Anton (delayed).
- Departure from St. Anton at 11:10 a.m., exit at Gotthard
L852: Bregenzerwald - Lech
- Closing times are adhered to. Journeys end/start at the fire station stop

- Last journey: 11:01 from Rüfiplatz. Resumption of service from 12:38 pm.
L702: Lech - Zug
- Last journey: 10:45 from Dorfhus. Resumption of regular service from 12:45 (Dorfhus), 12:52 (train toll station)
L704: Lech - Oberlech
- Last journey: 10:47 a.m. from Oberlech. Resumption of service from 12:26 hrs from Zürs, 12:33 hrs from Rüfiplatz.
L706: Lech - Spullersee
- Last journey: 10:15 am from Dorfhus. Additional journey 11:24 from Zug Egg. Resumption: 14:15 from Dorfhus.
L707: Lech - Formarinsee
- Last journey: 10:32 from Dorfhus. Additional journey 11:50 from Egg train. Resumption of regular service from 14:12 from Dorfhus
L709: Lech - Warth - Hochkrumbach
- Last journey: 10:35 from Rüfiplatz to Warth and Hochkrumbach. During lockdown: 11:38 from the fire station, 12:35 from Dorfhus to Warth and Hochkrumbach.
