Jakob Strolz cooks to accompany the wines served from magnums and jeroboams in his family hotel's dining room under the motto "let's go eat at Jakob's". World-class wineries such as Franz Hirtzberger, Kühling-Gillot, Fritz Haag, Franz Keller and Tenuta Cusumano present their big bottles.
