Hotel Almhof Schneider
The closing dinner of the Lech symposium will be held on Tuesday evening. International speakers from the specialist conferences and tastings will meet with participants and journalists to review the topics of Fine Wine, fortified wines and soft pruning.
The culinary framework is provided by the renowned Almhof Schneider kitchen and top sommelier Josef Neulinger. There will be a four-course menu with exciting wine matches.
