A Taste of the Future

Paul Ivic is spearheading a new cuisine that is not only healthy, but also contributes to a better carbon footprint. His vegetarian dishes are both delicious and intellectual.

 

Both minds and palates will be challenged and indulged at this evening event.

 

Paul Ivic talks about his experiences and shares his thoughts with the guests before preparing an ingenious vegetarian menu, accompanied by vegan wines from Austrian winegrowers. In collaboration with Weinturm, Lukas Strobl (Wagram), Jürgen Trummer (Südsteiermark) and Franz Weninger (Mittelburgenland) will host the evening together with Sommelier of the Year André Drechsel from TIAN restaurant in Vienna.
