Kinderzauberflöte

When dedicated and talented amateurs and professionals, when children and adults sing together, a very special, communal atmosphere is created. 80 children from Lech, a project choir of 40 Lech citizens and renowned international soloists will present The Magic Flute in a unique constellation on the occasion of the opening days of Lechwelten on 23 June.

The opera has been specially arranged for this composition and its content has also been adapted. Parts of the original version - the three ladies, the dragon and the problem of the Freemasons - have been omitted. The children are given plenty of space to participate actively and as much as possible in the stage play.

The Lechwelten, the new event location in Lech, offers the singers a very special setting. A chamber orchestra on stage accompanies the piece, which has been specially arranged for this occasion, and the performance is accompanied by opulent images on a large video wall.

An excerpt from the play, which will also feature all the children, will be shown at the official opening ceremony of Lechwelten on 12 April.
