Take your time and enjoy sustainably interpreted fine dining in the Lechtaler Stube at the Burg Hotel Lech am Arlberg - featuring the finest natural ingredients from our region.

3 Crowns Gault&Millau (15 out of 20 points) and 94 points in the Falstaff Guide guarantee a high-quality, imaginative cuisine, which is gladly accompanied by a fine drop from our excellently sorted wine cellar.

Upon request, we are happy to make the Lechtaler Stube available for special occasions such as weddings, birthdays, or anniversaries. In total, the Lechtaler Stube offers space for up to 30 people.

What would culinary delights be without the right drop to accompany them?
The well-stocked wine cellars of the BURG with their 1,200 positions and sizes of wine from all wine-growing regions of the world have now gained recognition beyond the borders of the Arlberg.

Starting from August 13, 2026, the Lechtaler Stube will have a new menu that is available exclusively from Thursday to Sunday. The menu can be booked until no later than 12:00 p.m. on the same day. The menu starts around 8:00 p.m.

Before that, we invite guests to an aperitif at the evening bar at 7:30 p.m.
