We offer creative yoga classes with influences from Vinyasa and Hatha Yoga as well as Yin Yoga. Vinyasa yoga is characterised by flowing movements that are performed in synchrony with the breath. This style emphasises the dynamic connection between body and mind and promotes physical fitness and mental awareness. It enables a constant expansion of physical boundaries and improves flexibility. Hatha yoga, on the other hand, emphasises static poses that are held for longer periods of time to develop muscle strength, endurance and balance. It also includes breathing exercises and concentration practices to reduce stress and calm the mind.


Morning session 8.30 am - 9.30 am

Yin Yoga

In Yin Yoga, we passively remain in a particular pose for between 3-5 minutes before moving on to the next pose. Holding different poses for several minutes allows us to ‘overcome’ the muscles and work on stretching our fascia (collagen-fibre connective tissue that holds our muscles, ligaments, joints etc. together). Yin yoga is suitable for anyone who is looking for a calm balance to stressful everyday life or as a complement to a dynamic sport.
