Gourmet festival Koschina & Friends

Together with selected chefs, Dieter Koschina invites you to a special culinary weekend at the Rote Wand. Three days full of enjoyment, exchange, and shared experiences.

Kick-off on Sunday with aperitif and fondue in the Rote Wand Stuben together with the chefs. On Monday, a breakfast awaits you, an activity program with a hike to Zuger Säge, and a joint dinner roulette in the evening.

A weekend that connects culinary delights, nature, and encounters, relaxed, personal, and enjoyable.

Rote Wand Summer event

Let’s celebrate the beginning of summer together for the fourth time. For four days, it’s all about good food, outdoor activities, and spending time together, relaxed but meaningful. We start on Thursday with the Welcome Night: aperitif, finger food, and an evening between Dinner Roulette in the Friends and Fools Lounge and the Rote Wand Chef’s Table. Friday begins with yoga and mountain breakfast, before the garden party takes over in the afternoon with a DJ, Thai street food, pétanque, and natural wines. In the evening, we gather again for a BBQ. Saturday will be quieter, with yoga, a wood workshop, and fire cooking at Zuger Säge. On Sunday, we enjoy one last breakfast together before saying goodbye.

Four days for eating, drinking, and meeting good people with just the right amount of lightheartedness.

Wine and Dine mit Petra und Franz Weninger

Petra and Franz Weninger have stood for biodynamic winegrowing and characterful wines made from Blaufränkisch and Furmint for decades. Grown on vibrant soils, their wines tell a story of origin, depth, and precision, shaped by clay, limestone, slate, and old vines. On July 13, they will bring their wines to us at the Rote Wand, while Jamie Unshelm prepares a multi-course menu to accompany it.
