The Edelweiss is not just another run-of-the-mill conference venue. It is a hotel with character, unique nooks and surprising transitions.
The main hall becomes smaller and more intimate when full concentration is required. Breakout sessions take place in the conservatory. Coffee breaks are held at the bar. And the final item on the agenda suddenly turns into an evening that people will be talking about for a long time to come.
The hotel offers around 350 m² of interconnected and flexible event space on the ground floor.
All work and meeting areas benefit from natural light. On the north and east sides, floor-to-ceiling windows create a bright and pleasant atmosphere. The lighting is dimmable.
The premises are suitable for events for up to 200 people.

Technical specifications
- Very bright – 4,500 ANSI lumens: Presentations remain clear and easily visible even in normal daylight or with the room lights on. However, direct sunlight on the projection screen should be avoided.
- Full HD resolution: Text, Excel spreadsheets, PowerPoint presentations, graphics and videos are displayed sharply at a resolution of 1,920 × 1,080 pixels.
- 4K-compatible: 4K signals from a laptop or media player can be processed. However, the actual projection resolution remains Full HD. This is an important difference compared to a native 4K projector.
- Laser instead of a lamp: Laser technology is virtually maintenance-free and offers a service life of up to approximately 30,000 operating hours. This makes the projector particularly reliable for seminars, conferences and events.
- 2 × HDMI 2.0: Modern laptops and other presentation devices can be connected with ease. In addition, the unit features RJ45/LAN, Crestron and PJLink – ideal for professional AV and room control systems.
- Flexible positioning: A 1.6x optical zoom and horizontal and vertical keystone correction allow flexible adaptation to different room sizes and projection surfaces.
