The culinary focus in our rustic fondue parlour is, as the name suggests, on fondue of all kinds: with cheese and broth, fish and meat. But we also have raclette on the menu for cheese connoisseurs. And one dish that is a little out of the ordinary here, but is much loved: our famous farmer's duck.
