Alpenhotel Valluga**** has a lot to offer for gourmets. In addition to our hotel restaurant for our half-board guests, we are more than happy to welcome food enthusiasts to our Alpenrestaurant Valluga. TThis “à la carte” area was opened in winter 2015. Our terrace, bar, and lounge area have also been re-designed and re-furnished. Here, you can sample pre-meal appetisers, freshly mixed cocktails, and an exquisite selection of liquors in a cosy atmosphere.

The hotel restaurant is reserved for our half-board, winter guests. Our rich breakfast buffet ensures you can enjoy the perfect start to a day on the slopes. In the afternoons, we provide après-ski snacks.
The evening menu consists of local and Mediterranean dishes. Furthermore, the homely atmosphere created by the open fireplace makes that little nightcap even more special…

The menu of our Alpenrestaurant Valluga presents a range of home-made dishes from modern Austrian and international cuisines. At lunchtime, we serve swiftly prepared, high-quality dishes, which are perfect for a quick break from skiing. Our evening menu is supplemented with a superb wine list. A culinary highlight are our fondue creations in authentic Alpine tradition – to be savoured in our refashioned fondue room.
Unlike the hotel restaurant, Alpenrestaurant Valluga is also open to non-resident guests. We kindly ask you to make reservations. Groups are welcome.
